asuitofclothes asked: "Jake through the eye of M9" - Why don't you take good photographs that speak for themselves (as the previous was). Dropping the M9 is akin to name dropping your shirt maker. Its speaks to the affectations you seem so ready to deny. I wont bother to post anonymously as I'm sure you wont reply.
That was the first picture taken with a second hand M9 I just bought - I bought my M8 third hand, which was a massive purchase for me, and taught myself to use it through sites like Rangefinderforum, so taking that step up to a full frame is something I am excited about.
I try to take the best photos I can. I am self taught, so I’m sure there will be many errors others will see in my photos, but I enjoy shooting with a rangefinder rather than a DSLR, and I hope the pleasure I get from using my new (old) camera comes through.
I have come to the conclusion that I will not be able to please even a small amount of the people that come past and look at my images or read my writing. I’m a fat and bald, I dress like an old man, I don’t post naked girls, nor rap references. The current trends clearly aren’t in my favour. So lambast it all you want, you aren’t telling me anything new. I feel my flaws that much more keenly than you can see them, and I have to live with them, while you need only point them out.
I guess I can add another to the list - affected.
